Clean Health through Clean Water

As you know, our bodies are over 70% water.  Water is the key of life.   Our bodies need to be replenished, and by the time you feel thirsty and want something to drink, your body is already dehydrated.

The suggestion by doctors and healthcare practitioners is to drink half your body weight in ounces of water.  So a person weighing 200 pounds would drink 100 ounces of water per day.  That is the base average, but if you are exercising, working out, sweating a lot, you may need more.

But it is not only the quantity of water you drink, but also the quality, that will help you stay fit and trim, feel healthy and give your skin that youthful glow.  Drinking purified water, or filtered water, is highly recommended.
