Why Should I Stop Smoking?
You may have your own personal reasons why you want to become a nonsmoker. The obvious health reasons, that uncomfortable feeling you get being the only smoker in the group, sitting in a restaurant as heads turn your way with a frown, hiding at work, sneaking outside to grab a smoke, burns in the carpet, burns on your clothes, yellow teeth, bad breath.

When you cut your skin, the body repairs this damage automatically. If you have a broken leg, the doctor will set the cast, to place your leg in the proper position, but it is your body that heals the bone and mends it back together!
